Therapies I offer


I use elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Systemic and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. Sometimes I use them in their pure form but mostly I will combine them to fit with your needs. All these models are evidence-based and recommended by NICE guidelines (National Institute for Clinical Excellence).
